Someone once told me that you can get away with anything if you act confident. I am pretty sure we were discussing how you could steal a television but I think it is still a good motto when it comes to the Life of the Perpetually Single.
We are here to encourage you to not be that girl that mopes about being alone (despite the fact that we’ve all been there), embrace the single life and be confident in who you are and the decisions you make.
We want to show you that being single is not just watching Gilmore Girls reruns in your pajamas on a Friday night (as fun as it may be) but rather a new and humorous side of life to embrace and enjoy.
Think of Life of the Perpetually Single as a community or a no-judgement-circle where all your strange and slightly bizarre obsessions are revealed and accepted (with-in reason). Whether is a weird obsession with Harry Styles hair or the fact that you have so many Nora Roberts novels that you have no space for textbooks on your shelves we want to hear about it and cover it. (We promise to only contact police if we think someone is in physical danger, stalking is at a distance so it is totally fine.)
Our hope is for this website is that it is a place that creates some level of normalcy behind being single and prove to people everywhere that being single is ok, just be confident about it.
We will provide you with (we hope) a few laughs and insights through our pages on entertainment, food and advice and we look forward to hearing about your wacky adventures with crushes (real-life or fiction), cooking and everyday life.
